Naavi Sites does not require maintenance or manual updates. It has an editor that works like writing a document, making it easy to know exactly how pages will look to your community. Sites is focused on websites for schools and communities, so it does not have any of the features & complexity of other “do everything” platforms such as e-commerce, marketing tools & point of sale.
Naavi Sites has a suite of tools built in which allow you to control and customise headings, fonts, brand colours and more. It does not use the concept of templates but instead provides a customisable and flexible shell which you can place your pages, content, photos, videos and other media in. It is the perfect solution for businesses and individuals who want beautiful and professional websites without the hassle of tinkering with endless design decisions.
No. To ensure your website displays and functions properly on all devices, Naavi Sites doesn’t have the ability to add custom code such as CSS or HTML. The editor is completely web based and allows you to easily create amazing content without any code or custom plugins. You can always embed photos, video and other interactive third-party websites such as forms, documents, social media and much more.
Yes. Our platform automatically includes the tags and metadata that Google and other search engines need to index and present your information. You can choose to hide specific pages from search engines.

This really depends on your school’s policy. Some schools require parent permission to put their student’s photos in the website, other schools enforce that students must be willing to have their photo in the website as part of enrollment. Yes, we accept credit cards. Your monthly subscription amount will be debited from your credit card automatically.
For Australian schools we accept bank transfer/EFT as a method of payment. If you choose this method, we will bill you bi-annually or annually. If you cancel your subscription early, we will refund any unused months.
If you are located in Australia, your invoice will include GST. All prices include GST.
No, all Naavi Sites subscriptions have monthly commitment. You are free to exit at any time. If you paid bi-annually or annually we will refund any unused months.
Currently we support Australian Dollar (AUD) and US Dollar (USD).
We don't offer a free version, however you can get started and build your first website for free. If you like what you've built then you'll only be charged when you go to publish your website to your community. The entire platform is usable during the trial, except for the publishing functionality.
Yes, you can build your Naavi Site for free and send your management teams a preview of the website. When you publish the website for the first time you'll be prompted to set up billing.
There are no limits on photo and attachment storage for your website. We recommend you upload photos in their highest-resolution version to ensure they look crisp across all devices.
Our app is hosted inside our private cloud using Amazon Web Services in Sydney. Data security is a priority and we actively perform security audits on our platform. We also engage third party researchers who notify us of any security vulnerabilities. We have received a 'Green' privacy and risk assessment from the WA Department of Education.
